It is through the raw material produced in the field that this artistic object comes to life. The appropriation of the bodies, situations, rhythm and words of the land and people of Cape Verde articulates the project's various lines of research and inspires the concept of the audiovisual object. Thus, Gender Performances are interpreted based on the repetition of gestures and sounds that overlap visually. The perspective opens up to the coexistence of sometimes rigid and sometimes subversive modes, grounding the poetic force based on Butlerian political thought.
